3. Custom Development Services

Project Scope

Custom projects are governed by the agreed project scope, requirements, milestones, timelines, and technical specifications.

Any requirements not included in the original scope may be treated as additional work.

Client Review & Acceptance

Once a project is marked as completed, the client will receive a reasonable evaluation period to review and test the delivered system against the agreed requirements.

A project may be considered accepted when:

  • The client formally approves the deliverables

  • Final payment is completed

  • The system is deployed or used in a production environment

Additional Revisions

Changes or features requested outside the original project scope may be treated as separate change requests and may require additional time and fees.

4. Post-Delivery Responsibility

Transfer of Operational Control

After project completion, approval, and handover of the required credentials, repositories, or production access, operational control of the delivered application transfers to the client.

Client Responsibility

After handover, the client is responsible for:

  • Managing the application

  • Managing users and business operations

  • Managing application data

  • Managing business policies

  • Handling end-user interactions

  • Maintaining the deployed system

DoniaHub is not responsible for how a delivered application is operated or used after handover unless a separate maintenance or management agreement is active.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Unless explicitly included in an active maintenance or hosting agreement, the client is responsible for:

  • Domain management

  • Hosting infrastructure

  • Server configuration

  • Regular backups

  • Third-party services and dependencies

  • Ongoing maintenance

5. Digital Products & Course Licensing

Digital Product License

Purchasing a digital product, script, source code, template, or UI kit grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased asset according to the applicable product license.

Unless explicitly authorized by DoniaHub, you may not:

  • Resell the original files

  • Redistribute the source files

  • Share purchased files publicly

  • Upload the files to third-party download platforms

  • Claim the original asset as your own

  • Provide unauthorized access to other users

Course Access

Course materials, including videos, tutorials, documents, source files, and other educational resources, are licensed for use by the purchasing individual.

You may not:

  • Share your account with others

  • Record or redistribute course content

  • Resell course materials

  • Publish course content publicly

  • Provide unauthorized access to another person

Digital Product & Course Transactions

Because digital products and course materials may become immediately accessible after purchase, transactions for downloadable digital products and course access are generally final after delivery or access is granted, subject to any refund policy specifically applicable to the product or service.

6. Intellectual Property

DoniaHub Assets

All DoniaHub branding, website content, original designs, documentation, educational materials, methodologies, and proprietary platform assets remain the property of DoniaHub unless otherwise stated.

Custom Client Projects

Ownership of custom-developed source code and project deliverables transfers to the client after all applicable project invoices have been fully paid, subject to the terms of the individual project agreement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, APIs, fonts, assets, and other components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio Rights

Unless an applicable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement states otherwise, DoniaHub may showcase completed projects, interfaces, screenshots, or non-sensitive project details as part of its professional portfolio and marketing materials.
